Terms & Conditions
These Terms and Conditions together with your order constitute the entire contract between Thermal Roll Shop and you for the supply of products.
The contract cannot be varied unless we agree to vary it in writing or by email.
Your tax invoice will arrive with your goods.
There is no minimum purchase amount.
The prices payable for the items that you order are clearly set out on the website.
All prices are inclusive of GST.
The price of the item(s) does not include the delivery charge.
Prices can change and our latest price is always displayed on our website.
Third party websites may not always list our current prices.
If for any reason beyond our reasonable control we are unable to supply a particular item, we will notify you as soon as possible.
Retention of Title Clause
All goods invoiced and delivered remain the property of Thermal Roll Shop; until payment in full has been received by Thermal Roll Shop.
Thermal Roll Shop may at any time without notice retake possession of goods.
The buyer should not however, be entitled to return the goods without prior written agreement from Thermal Roll Shop.
Thermal Roll Shop will only pay the cost of freight on returns where it issues a Return Authorisation Number and where Thermal Roll Shop's designated carrier is used.
Where standard stock lines are supplied by Thermal Roll Shop in accordance with the customer's order and such goods are returned without Thermal Roll Shop's Return Authorisation Number and Thermal Roll Shop subsequently agrees to credit such goods, a re-stock fee of 20% of the invoice value of such goods returned will apply.
Returns / Claims will not be recognised 60 days from receipt of invoice.
Original shipping costs for the product are non-refundable as this service has been provided in full.
All transactions on this web site are governed by the Laws of New South Wales.
